With a new album expected later this year, Morrissey has unveiled his first live dates of 2014 – with some rather unexpected special guests.
The former Smiths frontman was forced to cancel a series of U.S shows last year due to illness and is now looking to make up for those with a stint in the spring.
Announced via fansite True To You, Moz has now confirmed that he’ll play Los Angeles Sports Arena on 10 May and New York’s Barclays Center on 21 June. The first will see legendary Welsh singer Tom Jones support and the latter has veteran crooner Cliff Richard opening the bill.
Additional dates in Dallas and Boston are still to be announced.
