Molly Sarlé covers tracks by Fleetwood Mac, Big Star, and Annie Lennox
Molly Sarlé has decided to cover three of her favourite tracks - Fleetwood Mac's "Gypsy", Big Star's "Thirteen", and Annie Lennox's "Why".
Singer/songwriter Molly Sarlé has covered her three favourite tracks via Aquarium Drunkard.
Her covers of Fleetwood Mac's "Gypsy", Big Star's "Thirteen", and Annie Lennox's "Why" are Sarlé's first releases since her debut album Karaoke Angel landed in September 2019.
She says of her cover choices, ""Thirteen", "Gypsy" (demo version!), and "Why" are three of my favourite songs, they have all caught me in times of need. Getting to cover them was super cathartic, I love inhabiting the ways other people express emotions. It's important to tell our stories through other people’s stories!"
