Modest Mouse unveil UK tour dates, share new track "Of Course We Know"

The indie veterans have also announced a handful of UK dates to take place this July - no London show is yet confirmed.

"Of Course We Know" is the fifth cut from their sixth full-length, and it also closes the record.

Strangers To Ourselves is out on 16 March via Epic.
