Thom Yorke has never made a secret of his admiration for Berlin’s Modeselektor, raving about them in interviews and offering his services as a guest vocalist on previous occasions – so a collaboration in the form of ‘Shipwreck’ should have come as no surprise when it was revealed back in September. Taken from Modeselektor’s new album Monkeytown ‘Shipwreck’ now has a brand new video. Directed by Tony T. Datis it features a blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy as he tries to survive and collect batteries in a desolate, seemingly post-apocalyptic world inhabited by zombies and rabid dogs.
