
MØ reveals new Diplo collaboration "Sun In Our Eyes", announces second album Forever Neverland
Danish popstar MØ announces her second album Forever Neverland with lead single "Sun In Our Eyes" co-written by Diplo.
The Danish musician has been collaborating with Diplo since the beginning of her impressive career. New track "Sun In Our Eyes" lists Diplo as a co-writer, and follows on from their most recent collab "Get It Right".
Speaking about their new track, MØ explained, "Diplo and I are long time collaborators now. One of the many reasons I love working with him is because I always feel like it's a free and creative process and I always like the end product. We both loved ‘Sun In Our Eyes’ from the beginning and what makes it special to me is that It's a combination of the two ingredients I'm always craving in music: uplifting and melancholy vibes."
Diplo reiterates their creative relationship, "Karen and I have some special chemistry in the studio. Whenever we work together we always write three or four songs in a day, and every time we get better. I think ‘Sun In Our Eyes’ is the best song we’ve ever written together.”
Alongside her new single comes news of her second album Forever Neverland. to which "Sun In Our Eyes" is the opening track.
Her long-awaited second album will follow on from 2014's No Mythologies To Follow.
MØ's frequent collaborations have landed her the spot as one of the most profilic pop musicians at the moment, having recently worked with Steel Banglez and Yxng Bane, Jack Antonoff, Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Zara Larsson and ALMA.
