MNEK teams up with astronomyy and Swedish popsmith Zara Larsson for new tune "Never Forget You"

High-flying U.K. producer MNEK has shared a new track called "Never Forget You", co-written with astronomyy and Sweden's Zara Larsson.

MNEK has been wowing us with his electrifying electro-soul sounds for a while, as have astronomyy (with cuts like "Not Into U" and "All I Need") and Zara Larsson (with "Rooftop"), so this get-together is a particularly exciting prospect.

This single arrives following the success of debut EP Small Talk, and will be released on 16 October.

Larsson says of the track: “I’m so excited for this song, especially because it’s my first single I wrote myself together with the amazing MNEK and astronomyy, I can’t wait for people to hear it!"

MNEK adds: "'Never Forget You' is about someone staying in your heart and mind forever and basically saying time will never heal the pain of losing them. It could be your friend, your partner, your family member, anyone. Zara, astronomyy and myself wrote this song earlier this year in L.A. and it's one of my favourite things I've ever sung on. Zara's an absolute star, and I really love collaborating with her.”
