Miley Cyrus teases return, shares snippet of new song on Instagram Live
Miley Cyrus is yet to release new music in 2020, but yesterday (4 August) she teased her return and played a snippet of a new song on Instagram Live.
Cyrus hasn't shared new music since last year's breakup anthem "Slide Away". She was expected to release more new music in 2019, and even teased an album called She Is Miley Cyrus, but had to put recording on hold to undergo vocal cord surgery.
The last update on new music from Cyrus arrived in March, and saw the singer/songwriter confirm that she was "super close" to finishing up some new music, and she also revealed that her next project will feature two or three songs with Mark Ronson.
Last night (4 August) on Twitter, Cyrus uploaded a clip of her Hannah Montana song "Start All Over", and captioned the post: "Meet Miley Cyrus..... again. #SheIsComing #ButForRealThisTime", hinting at the start of her new chapter.
