Mick Jenkins returns with Kaytranada-produced new song "Designer Frames"
Mick Jenkins has returned with his first new track of 2021, "Designer Frames", which features production from recent Grammy winner Kaytranada.
"Designer Frames" is Jenkins' first release of 2021, following his appearance on Kipp Stone's "Sprague Street" in September last year.
Jenkins uploaded the Kaytranada-produced new song to his SoundCloud last night (15 March) as a celebration of Kaytranada's first Grammy Awards for Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance Recording.
The rapper wrote in the song description, "album on the way. Congrats to my Grammy award winning brother Kaytranada."
Jenkins' upcoming album will follow 2018's Pieces of a Man, and will be his first project since last year's The Circus EP.
As well as releasing The Circus last year, Jenkins collaborated with Kojey Radical on "Snakes", and also released the Kaytranada-produced "Frontstreet" freestyle.
