Michael Eavis teases huge performer for Glastonbury's 50th anniversary next year
Glastonbury's Michael Eavis has let slip about one of the performers in talks to perform at the festival's 50th anniversary next year.
Speaking to BBC Somerset, Eavis revealed, "Paul [McCartney]'s on good form at the moment." When asked if the former Beatle would be coming to Glastonbury again, Eavis replied, "Hopefully for the 50th yeah. Don’t make a big thing of it though, will you?"
Whoops!

Glastonbury's first festival was held in 1970. Paul McCartney last headlined the festival in 2004.
Earlier this month, artist Joe Rush provided more details on his 60-metre, Victorian pier coming to The Park area of the festival, revealing it would feature "Punch and Judy, an arcade, carnival shows, a fortune teller, a wheel of death and more. Basically everything except the sea."
