Micachu and The Shapes announce new LP Good Sad Happy Bad
Michachu and The Shapes have announced their third record Good Sad Happy Bad, a new single called "Oh Baby", and a string of dates for later this month.
The record arrives after the release of 2012's Never, and the band's Mica Levi working on various film projects, including Jonathan Glazer's Under The Skin.
Explaining the roots of Good Sad Happy Bad, which was formed from collaborative improvisations, Levi said that "it's the most free we have been,” and that lyrics were “non-stop, in one avalanche."
Tickets for the live dates later this month are available now.
Good Sad Happy Bad is out 11 September via Rough Trade.
