Toronto hardcore outfit METZ have shared "Spit You Out", another new track ahead of their upcoming record II.
Speaking to The FADER, the band's Alex Edkins said that "'Spit You Out' is loosely based on the uncanny ability of 'modern life' to suck you in, beat you down, grind you up, and spit you out... disoriented, disenfranchised and wanting badly to start at the beginning again."
METZ's second record II is out via Sub Pop on 4 May.
