Metronomy's single announcement comes after they hinted at new music last month by reminding fans that "there’s normally a Metronomy album every two to three years".
They're yet to follow up their 2019 Metronomy Forever album.
Metronomy's "It's Good to Be Back" single will land next Wednesday (27 October).
