Metronomy, Deap Vally, Jagwar Ma, and more to play Secret Garden Party 2017
Secret Garden Party has unveiled its first acts for 2017, with Metronomy, Deap Vally, and Jagwar Ma leading the way.
Toots and The Maytals, Honne, Rejjie Snow, Tom Misch, Ray BLK, Etta Bond, Anteros, Let's Eat Grandma, Jeremy Loops, Zak Abel, and Akala are all also performing.
"The last time we played Secret Garden Party was in 2008, for one reason or another we don't remember it very well..." says Metronomy's Joe Mount. "I do however have vague memories of Oscar shouting obscenities repeatedly at a saxophonist and by the end of the night they were very close friends, what more can I say? We can't wait to come back and create further bonds within the horn playing community."
As well as the new lineup announcement, Secret Garden Party have revealed their revamped website - keeping the fest's Sweet Dreams…Are Made of These? theme firmly in mind.
