Megan Thee Stallion says people "deserve another collab" on one-year anniversary of "WAP"
Over the weekend "WAP" turned one, and Megan Thee Stallion marked the occasion on Twitter by saying people "deserve another collab" with Cardi B.
This time last year Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B released their sex-positive "WAP" single, which debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, and was accompanied by a Colin Tilley-directed video starring Normani, Rosalía, Kylie Jenner and more.
On Saturday (7 August) the song reached its one-year anniversary, and Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B shared an interaction on Twitter which got fans hyped that they might have another collaboration in the vault.
Cardi B wrote, "Wow I can’t believe wappity WAP turned one today. It don’t even feel like it. What a record! Megan Thee Stallion we should do it again sometime." Megan Thee Stallion responded, "Happy WAPIVERSARY. Thank you for having me, I think the people deserve another collab."
