Maya Jane Coles announces enormous double record Take Flight
Maya Jane Coles has announced mammoth new 24-track record Take Flight.
The album includes "Cherry Bomb" and "Won't Let You Down", which both appeared on Coles' recent Won't Let You Down EP earlier this year. Take Flight is only Coles' second official long-player, following 2013 debut Comfort, but she's been hella busy over the past few years, releasing a fabric mix, her Nocturnal Sunshine project, and more.
A new EP centred around album tracks "Weak" and "Werk" is due "imminently".
Coles has produced, written, mixed, arranged, performed, and engineered Take Flight (she even designed the artwork), and although the collection is almost entirely her own work, there are collaborations with Chelou, Wendy Rae Fowler, and GAPS as well.
The producer/DJ has a lot of headline dates and festival sets planned this summer - find out more.
