Maya and Ethan Hawke to bring father/daughter relationship to big screen for Revolver film
Maya Hawke and her father Ethan Hawke will bring their father/daughter relationship to the big screen in the upcoming 1960s-set romantic comedy Revolver.
The Hawke family reunion in Revolver will be directed by Andrew Stanton (Finding Dory, WALL·E), who will direct from a script by Kate Trefry (Stranger Things).
According to Variety, Revolver will be set in 1966, and Maya Hawke will play an Alaskan teen who comes up with a plan to lose her virginity to George Harrison after The Beatles are forced to make an unexpected stop in Anchorage, Alaska during their flight to Japan.
Hawke recently featured in the Gia Coppola-directed Mainstream film. She also made her debut in series three of Stranger Things last year. Revolver is yet to get a release date.
