Max Richter announces SLEEP remix album, shares Clark edit of "Path 5"
British-born, Berlin-based composer/artist Max Richter has announced a remix album of latest LP SLEEP, and shared the first taste - an edit of "Path 5" by Clark.
The high-concept, eight-hour record is described by Richter as "my personal lullaby for a frenetic world – a manifesto for a slower pace of existence.”
Mogwai, Clark, Digitonal, Marconi Union, and Jürgen Müller have all contributed remixes to the record.
SLEEP is out now; the remix version is out digitally on 19 February, and vinylly on 4 March (both via Grammophon).
