Mavi Phoenix shares empowering new track "Prime"
Austria's hotly-tipped musician and rapper Mavi Phoenix is back with "Prime", the penultimate track to be shared from her forthcoming Young Prophet II EP.
Having had an exuberant summer of festival performances, Mavi Phoenix continues the road towards her Young Prophet II EP.
Commenting on her new offering, Mavi Phoenix says, “These times are tough and we feel the future isn't secure and are afraid it's not gonna be bright, but I wanna tell everyone that the future is in your own hands and we just have to really take over quick time.”
"Prime" follows on from previous singles "Trends", "Ibiza", "Yellow" and "Bite".
Mavi Phoenix's latest offering is the second final track to be revealed from her upcoming EP, that directly follows her Young Prophet EP that arrived last year.
Explaining more about her forthcoming Young Prophet II EP, she explains, “It's a big name that's why I think it needed a chapter two. It's new chapter showing who I am musically and personally, and bringing together with chapter 1 a lot of my creative work during the last two years.”
She supports Jimothy Lacoste at London's The Dome tonight (28 September). She will return to London's Old Blue Last on 11 November, and travels to Reykjavík for Iceland Airwaves in November. Find out more.
