Matt Berry previews new album with second single "Take A Bow"
Actor and musician Matt Berry has shared new track "Take A Bow", the second single to be lifted from his forthcoming LP Phantom Birds.
"Take A Bow" follows on from the lead single "Something In My Eye" that dropped earlier this month.
Berry says of the new song, "It’s a simple song and one of sentiment. Just listing and paying tribute to a list of things I love and enjoy for different reasons .The list includes family, animals and the seasons. All very simple stuff."
Phantom Birds will be Berry's first LP since 2018's Television Themes.
Berry wrote and recorded the album at his home studio, and plays most of the instruments across the record with help from legendary pedal steel guitarist BJ Cole and drummer Craig Blundell (Steven Wilson, Steve Hackett).
