Listen to Martine McCutcheon give a lesson in Tudor history
Actress, singer and all round British institution Martine McCutcheon guests on a new episode of Talk The Line, our podcast exploring celebrity obsessions to give her take on the life of 16th-century monarch Henry VIII.
The singer of "Perfect Moment" - arguably the last great pop balled of the 20th century - returned to music this summer after a 17-year absence. She recently reprised her role from the modern Christmas classic Love Actually for the BBC's Children in Need appeal but drops her fourth album Lost and Found next week. It's a deeply personal record with themes that cover everything from relationships to the way she's been affected by the delibiltating Lyme disease.
Over many giggles with host Jen Long, Cutcheon tells us just why she's such a big fan of the guy with the six wives...
