Manic Street Preachers unleash official anthem for Wales' EURO 2016 campaign
The Official Wales EURO 2016 anthem is here, and it's a fist-pumping doozy from the Manic Street Preachers.
The football tournament this year marks the first time in over 50 years that Wales have qualified. To celebrate, the Manics have penned "Together Stronger (C’mon Wales)".
“It had always been on the cards,” said Manics’ frontman James Dean Bradfield to WalesOnline about the song. “Nick had written lyrics for a song during previous campaigns, but of course, they’d all bitten the dust. It was the Belgium home game where the cogs in Nick’s head started whirring when we knew it was game on and we had a great chance of qualifying.”
All profits from the track are being donated to charity.
Wales' national team's manager Chris Coleman says: “It was fantastic to be involved with such an iconic Welsh band. Manic Street Preachers have been passionate Welsh football supporters and all the lads enjoyed the experience and joined in. It is also great to be supporting such worthwhile causes in the Princes Gate Trust and Tenovus Cancer Care.”

Not since 1958
When Brazil would make our hearts break
But now that France has arrived
It feels so good to be alive
Let's not forget Gary Speed
He wore his heart upon his sleeve
And if he is looking down
Then our love is all around
So Come on Ramsey
Let's set the world alight
When Gareth Bale plays
We can beat any side
So come on Wales
So come one Wales
With Ashley Williams
We can win any fight
Joe Jordan won with his hand
Russia was Giggsy’s last chance
Paul Bodin’s penalty miss
That '85 night was so tragic
But now the past is all gone
The future is ours to be won
You’re just too good to be true
We can’t take our eyes off you
So Come on Ramsey
Let's set the world alight
When Gareth Bale plays
We can beat any side
So come on Wales
So come one Wales
With Ashley Williams
We can win any fight
Chrissy Coleman, Gunter, Chester
Hennessey, Allen, King and Cotterill
Davis, Ledley, Taylor, Richards
Hal Robson Kanu
So Come on Ramsey
Let's set the world alight
When Gareth Bale plays
We can beat any side
So come on Wales
So come one Wales
Together Stronger
We’ll win if we unite
