Maggie Rogers has provided an update on the sound of her next album, revealing to a fan that it's "grunge disco songwriter chic".
Rogers is working on her follow up to 2019's Heard It In A Past Life, and after delivering Notes from the Archive: Recordings 2011-2016 in December last year, Rogers has shared a bit of info about the sound of her next record to a fan on Twitter.
When asked what the vibe of the new album is going to be yesterday (10 May), Rogers responded, "grunge disco songwriter chic."

The Grammy-nominated artist spoke about her recording process on a recent episode of Lizzy Goodman's Difficult Artist podcast series, revealing that her favourite thing about making albums is "the world building".
