Maggie Rogers asks fans to wear "white or light colours" at London show this week
Maggie Rogers has shared a statement asking those attending her London show on Wednesday (20 July) to wear "white or light colours" to symbolise surrender, which is the title of her forthcoming album.
This Wednesday (20 July) Rogers will play London's Lafayette, marking her first headline show in nearly three years, and in a statement shared on socials this afternoon (18 July), Rogers politely requested for attendees to "wear white or light colours."
"White is the historic symbol of surrender," Rogers continued. "It represents a willingness to give in or let go. Surrender is a record about just that. It's about feeling. About trying to break the numbness. About love and anger and friendship and the kind of feral joy you feel in your teeth."
