M83 and Haim team up for new track "Holes In The Sky"
M83 and Haim have joined forces for a tune called "Holes In The Sky".
It's taken from the Insurgent OST - the second part of the Divergent series - and Anthony Gonzalez (AKA M83) returns to contribute to the soundtrack, after offering up "I Need You" to the first chapter in the saga.
Like many young adult fiction adaptation franchises, the soundtrack is stellar; though it's not been fully revealed, the Insurgent tracklist also features Woodkid x Lykke Li, Andrew Wyatt x Anna Calvi and Zella Day.
Speaking to MTV, Haim said of the collab: “We’ve been fans of Anthony Gonzalez and M83 for a long long time so when he reached out to have us sing on the song we were ecstatic... we had the best time in the studio with him, it all happened so fast and was so easy and natural. We are so excited to be a part of this movie.”
