M.I.A streams new track 'Bring The Noize'
As previously reported, a new M.I.A track was premiered by BBC Radio 1′s Zane Lowe this evening – and now it’s surfaced online.
‘Bring The Noize’ is the first track taken from the musician’s upcoming fourth album Matangi, which is expected to drop during the autumn.
It may be her last proper record release too, with the singer seeming disgruntled at the monotonous expectancy of modern record labels. ”It’s not easy, it’s not easy. It’s not easy. I keep finishing the record and handing it in, finishing the record and handing it in,” M.I.A told Lowe on the programme earlier. ”This was my last stab at it– I’m going to hand it in and wait for it to go out the way albums go out. If I didn’t get it out right now, I would’ve definitely exploded.”
Matangi will come out via N.E.E.T / Interscope. You can stream ‘Bring The Noize’ below:
