London's Loyle Carner has announced his highly-anticipated second album, Not Waving, But Drowning.
The album announcement follows his recent string of singles including "Loose Ends" with Jorja Smith, "You Don't Know" featuring Rebel Kleff and Kiko Bun, and last year's "Ottolenghi" with Jordan Rakei.
Not Waving, But Drowning takes its name from a poem by his grandfather that was inspired by a piece by Stevie Smith. It follows on from his 2017 Mercury Prize-nominated debut full-length, Yesterday's Gone.
Carner's forthcoming album will include his recent singles, as well as some other features with Sampha and Tom Misch.
