London Pleasure Gardens is set to go into administration, according to various reports.
The venue, host to last month’s cancelled Bloc festival, has experienced financial turmoil after not receiving as much footfall since it’s opening than previously expected.
The organisers had hoped to experience increased custom due to the Olympics but thus far this hasn’t been the case.
Yesterday Deborah Armstrong, the company’s creative director, announced she has resigned, while Lee Manning of Deloitte has confirmed the financial firm will deal with London Pleasure Gardens’ administration.
