
Lola Kirke reveals new single and intimate visuals for "Sexy Song"
"Sexy Song" is the third single to be lifted from Lola Kirke's forthcoming debut album Heart Head West.
Lola Kirke is a musician and actress who has featured in movies such as Gone Girl, Mistress America and TV series Mozart In the Jungle.
Having moved over to music, Lola Kirke has revealed the stripped back and raw "Sexy Song".
It's the third single unveiled from her forthcoming debut album Heart Head West, following "Monster" and "Supposed To".
Speaking about her new track and video, directed by Mara McKevitt, Kirke explains, “I think that understanding what the core and the truth of women's sexual desire is really tricky. Is it something that's just like a man's? Is it totally different? Is it something that is just like a man's because men have told us exactly how it should be or what they would like it to be?”
Having released her debut EP back in 2016, Lola Kirke is still on the beginning of her musical journey, despite being born into a musical family. Her father is Simon Kirke, drummer of Bad Company and Free, and her sister is singer-songwriter Domino Kirke.
