Lizzo announces break from Twitter because of trolls
Lizzo has announced that she's taking a break on Twitter because of trolls.
The Cuz I Love You singer has been targeted by online trolls, with many body-shaming Lizzo.
It seems the trolling has become too much for Lizzo, as she announced last night (5 January) that she's leaving Twitter for the time being.
She wrote, "Yeah I can’t do this Twitter shit no more.. too many trolls... I’ll be back when I feel like it."

Before Christmas, a doctor tried to claim that Lizzo's fame was only due to the "obesity epidemic in America." Lizzo shut him down, writing, "I’m popular because I write good songs and I’m talented and perform high energy hour and a half shows filled with love."
