
Little Simz's Spotify streams soar following 2022 BRITs
After picking up the BRIT Award for Best New Artist last night (8 February), Little Simz's Spotify streams increased by 365%.
Little Simz and her mum stole the show at last night's BRIT Awards. After performing a medley of "Introvert" and "Woman" from her Sometimes I Might Be Introvert album, and accepting the Best New Artist BRIT Award, Simz's Spotify streams saw a 365% increase.
The two songs Little Simz performed at the 2022 BRITs experienced the biggest spikes, with a 812% increase in streams for "Introvert", and a 594% spike for "Woman".
Adele, who picked up three BRITs last night, also saw a 137% in Spotify streams after the ceremony, while Dave's streams increased by 217%.
2022 Best Alternative/Rock Act winner Sam Fender also saw a 79% spike on Spotify following his performance.
