Tame Impala’s Lonerism single “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” has been one of the most-loved tracks of the past few years. Not that we attend them anymore, but we’re pretty sure it’s been a mainstay at all indie discos for the past two years or so. And now, the band have unearthed an early rendition of the song.
Uploaded onto Soundcloud, the rough take claims to be the first-ever demo recording of the cut. “Going through some old shit…” the band’s Kevin Parker wrote on Twitter, “came across this!”
