XL Recordings boss Richard Russell has reworked Ibeyi's big single "River" under his RLR guise.
It's a jerkier edit of the original, which slunk through dark corridors with jazzy inflections and gothic-tinged folk. This one snaps and cracks, makes you tap your toes like an electro-swing stomper.
Ibeyi's self-titled debut LP is out now on XL Recordings.
