Listen to new Kurt Vile track 'Feel My Pain'

With a deluxe version of Wakin On A Pretty Daze out next month featuring a new EP entitled ‘it’s a big world out there (and i am scared)‘, Kurt Vile has shared a hauntingly ethereal new track from it called ‘Feel My Pain’.

“This track was recorded during the first cluster of sessions at Dreamland Studios, May 2012″, he writes on the Matador Records blog: “We added a lot to this later only to strip it back again favoring the raw to the chamber-pop this go ’round. Spectral arrangement and a mellow-ominous delivery (if such a thing is possible)…”

Evidently it is possible, as you can hear via Pitchfork.
