Listen to new Bonnie “Prince” Billy And The Cairo Gang track “We Love Our Hole”
Will Oldham, aka Bonnie “Prince” Billy, has once again collaborated with Emmett Kelley for two new songs that will be released as a single in the near future. One of which, “We Love Our Hole,” has now been shared for streaming.
The Bonnie “Prince” Billy and the Cairo Gang collaboration came back together to contribute to the soundtrack for the forthcoming documentary Spirit of Akasha. The doc is a sort of followup to 1971 Australian flick Morning of the Earth, and was inspired by the fact that many of today’s best surfers are using boards that were inspired by those in the 1971 film.
“We Love Our Hole”/“I’ll Be Alright” will be released as a 7” single on 17 June via Empty Cellar. Listen to “We Love Our Hole” below.
