Listen to Josh Homme fill in for Jarvis Cocker on BBC Radio 6 Music
Jarvis Cocker’s dulcet-toned Sunday Service show on BBC Radio 6 Music is always one of the week’s highlights and even when he’s unable to host the show, he always makes sure it’s worth tuning in for. Such was the case over the weekend, with Queens of The Stone Age man Josh Homme filling in for the Pulp frontman.
We’ve already seen (or heard, should we say) the likes of Radiohead, John Cooper Clarke and Alison Mosshart covering Jarvis and now Homme has been added to this increasingly illustrious list.
The show can be heard over at the BBC 6 Music’s website, with Homme spinning the likes of Bjork, Iceage and more. Sir Bob Geldof will be the guest covering Jarvis on this coming weekend’s show (11 August).
