Listen to Joanna Newsom's appearance on Marc Maron's WTF podcast
Marc Maron's latest WTF podcast features composer/multi-instrumentalist Joanna Newsom, and you can hear the whole thing now.
The latest episode's description reads: "Marc welcomes singer-songwriter Joanna Newsom to the garage, sadly without her harp, although it probably wouldn’t fit. Joanna tells Marc how her musical style evolved from composing pieces influenced by American classical music to collaborating with some of the industry’s most unique producers. She also talks about the benefits of being married to someone who makes comedy for a living."
Newsom headlines this year's End Of The Road festival in September, which also features performances from The Shins, Animal Collective, and Bat For Lashes.
