As previously reported, D’Angelo is set to release a live album later this month, recorded at London’s Jazz Cafe in 1995. Now, you can hear a cut from that.
Before the previously-unreleased LP drops on 25 March, you can preview the long-exiled R&B singer taking on Al Green’s ”I’m Glad You’re Mine” below, via Billboard.
Meanwhile, D’Angelo is currently at work on his much-delayed follow-up to 2000′s Voodoo.
