Following the departure of former singer Scott Weiland in February, Stone Temple Pilots have revealed that his replacement will be none other than Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington.
The unveiling was made over the weekend at a surprise KROQ show in Los Angeles, with Bennington taking on lead vocals for new track ‘Out of Time’. Shortly afterwards, the band posted the song as a free download online, as well as updating their website with new promo photos taken with the nu-metal frontman.
