
Lily Allen shares poignant cover of Rufus Wainwright's "Going To A Town"

Lily Allen has shared a powerful new cover of Rufus Wainwright's "Going To A Town", produced by Mark Ronson.
Allen's new cover is a poignant choice, containing lyrics such as: "You took advantage of a world that loved you well / I'm going to a town that has already been burnt down / I'm so tired of you, America..."
An accompanying video, by filmmaker Bafic, features footage from the recent Women's March in London, which Allen participated in.
The Sheezus artist isn't the first to tackle Wainwright's hard-hitting song - the late, great George Michael also did a take.
