Lil Wayne joined his protege Drake on stage at the NBA All-Star Game party in New Orleans over the weekend, with Drizzy taking the opportunity to reveal that Wayne’s next album will come out in May.
Tha Carter V will be the rapper’s eleventh studio effort, widely rumoured to be his last too. Drake confirmed that it’ll drop on 5 May.
You can check out a clip of Drake making that announcement beneath. The LP will follow on from last year’s I Am Not a Human Being II.
