Lil Nas X teams up with Tony Hawk for new skateboarding tutorial on TikTok
Lil Nas X has recruited skateboarding legend Tony Hawk to help with a skating tutorial on TikTok.
After announcing the release date for his highly-anticipated debut album MONTERO last week, Lil Nas X has teamed up with skateboarding pro Tony Hawk for a new tutorial on TikTok.
The clip sees Lil Nas X getting ready to drop on a half-pipe, but right before he drops Tony Hawk takes his place, and performs some skateboarding tricks before transitioning back to Lil Nas X when he's back on the platform. At the end, Lil Nas X says, "And that's how you skateboard."
Lil Nas X's latest TikTok is soundtracked by a track called "That's What I Want", which will presumably appear on MONTERO after featuring in the debut album trailer last week.

Back in June Tony Hawk performed a couple of skating tricks while appearing in Avril Lavigne's debut TikTok featuring "Sk8r Boi".
The tracklist for MONTERO is yet to be revealed, but it seems likely that it'll feature latest single "Industry Baby" and earlier releases "Sun Goes Down" and "MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)".
