LFO's Devin Lima has died at 41 after battling stage four adrenal cancer since his diagnosis in 2017.
It's been just over a year since CNN reported that LFO member Brad Fischetti revealed Lima's diagnosis, and the surgery Lima underwent to remove a tumor from his adrenal gland.
Lima's battle with adrenal cancer is over, as Variety confirm the singer passed away aged 41 in the early hours of Wednesday morning (21 November).
His mother, Filomena Lima, told US Weekly, "My son has passed away. His fiancé was living with him and let us know that he passed at 2:45 in the morning. He was struggling for 13 months since his cancer diagnosis. The family is not good.”
LFO were popular back in the 90s for hits like "Summer Girls" and "Every Other Time". The group disbanded in 2010 after third member and lead vocalist Rich Cronin died at 36 after battling leukemia.
Fischetti and Lima were supposed to go back on the road this year, but had to put their touring plans on hold after Lima's diagnosis.
