Leon Bridges shares "River" from upcoming debut LP Coming Home
Leon Bridges has aired "River", a new preview of his eagerly-anticipated debut long-player, Coming Home.
It's a plodding acoustic number with soft percussion and a subtle canvas for Bridges to give his incomparable pipes a proper airing. Backed by the sparing use of a gospel choir and solo female harmonies, we see Bridges at his most vulnerable and most touching.
Coming Home is set for release 22 June via Columbia.
Have a listen to "River" below, and then have a look over Bridges' upcoming tour dates afterwards.
