Lee Ranaldo announces new album with band The Dust
Sonic Youth guitarist, Lee Ranaldo has dropped opener ‘Lecce, Leaving’ from forthcoming LP Last Night On Earth.
Ranaldo has set a release date of 8 October for the record, which will become the first he’s released with new band The Dust – consisting of his former bandmate Steve Shelley, Adam Licht and Tim Lüntzel. Last Night on Earth is the follow-up to 2012′s Between the Times and the Tides, and will coincide with extensive touring of the US and Canada, as well as a headline show at London’s The Garage on 21 November.
