
LE SSERAFIM will continue with five members after Kim Garam's contract terminated
HYBE and Source Music have announced that LE SSERAFIM will continue with five members after terminating their contract with the group's Kim Garam.
Kim Garam has been on a hiatus from LE SSERAFIM after allegations of school bullying went viral earlier this year. The allegations resulted in HYBE and Source Music releasing a statement in May announcing Kim Garam's hiatus, and in a new statement shared earlier today (20 July), HYBE and Source Music announced that their exclusive contract with the band member has been terminated.
"We extend our sincerest apologies to our fans and to those who have shown love and support to the group for causing you concern over the controversy involving the member," the statement continued. "LE SSERAFIM will continue their activities as a five-member group, and we will spare no effort to support the group to grow further as artists through their music and performance."
