LCD Soundsystem give live debut to "Christmas Will Break Your Heart" during Amazon special
During last night's (22 December) holiday special for Amazon Music, LCD Soundsystem gave their 2015 song "Christmas Will Break Your Heart" its live debut.
LCD Soundsystem's Amazon Music special aired last night (22 December), and as well as including the Eric Wareheim-directed '90s-inspired sitcom All My Friends, which starred Macaulay Culkin, Aparna Nancherla, Jon Daly, Christine Ko, a puppet and more, the holiday special featured a live performance, which saw them give "Christmas Will Break Your Heart" its live debut.
The group released "Christmas Will Break Your Heart" in 2015, and during last night's special, LCD Soundsystem played the sonng live for the first time with a string section.
Last weekend LCD Soundsystem cancelled the final three shows of their Brooklyn Steel residency due to a rise in COVID cases.
