Lanterns On The Lake reveal new visuals for "Through The Cellar Door"
Lanterns On The Lake have lifted the lid on their new vid for "Through The Cellar Door", the latest single from recent LP Beings.
Speaking about the video, the band say:
"This is the point on the record that sets a more optimistic tone. The words in the song were partly inspired by William Morris' News From Nowhere - I always loved that book, where the guy wakes up in this utopian universe and I thought it would be a cool way to approach a song - an alternative reality, if you like. Musically, it feels like a refreshing point in the album, it's fun to play and have this burst of colour. There's this whole spectrum of feelings and ideas on Beings. We like to play with the light and the dark, the optimism and the bleakness, because that's all part of 'being'."
Beings is out now on Bella Union.
