Lana Del Rey says she performed at Kanye’s pre-wedding party for free
Last weekend, Lana Del Rey performed three songs at the pre-wedding party for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, hosted at the Palace of Versailles. Today, TMZ has circulated a video in which the singer claims to have performed pro bono.
In the brief video clip, Lana is signing autographs for a group that tips pretty heavy on the old-dudes-scale. When the cameraman asks how much it would cost to sing at his wedding, she responds “I’ll do it for free just like I did this one,” tacking on “I would never let a friend pay me to sing at a wedding.” Watch below.
Lana Del Rey’s new album Ultraviolence is out 13 June via Polydor and Interscope records.
