Lana Del Duh-doy is to perform two shows at a graveyard. In October. But not at Halloween.
The Ultraviolence singer will perform at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on the 17 and 18 of October. It's not all that unusual for the cemetery to host gigs or other events, with Spoon performing there recently.
All the same, it's a pretty apt venue for the maudlin nostalgic. Especially given the cemetary's reputation for being the final resting place for a host of Hollywood legends including Douglas Fairbanks, Rudolph Valentino, Mel Blanc and Charlie Chapin Jr., as well as Dee Dee and Johnny Ramone.
