Lana Del Rey shares alternate cover art for “Ultraviolence”
There ain’t no stopping this Ultraviolence train. Lana Del Rey’s eagerly anticipated new album is out in just two weeks, and she’s been sluicing new buzz-building material on an almost daily basis for the past couple weeks. Today, she’s shared cover art for an special vinyl edition of the record that will be sold exclusively through Urban Outfitters.
Before you get too excited, careful examination of the above photo will reveal that that is Lana’s knee (really anything beyond a cursory glance will qualify as “careful examination” in this case). She’s also shared an alternate back cover, which reveals that the Urban Outfitters edition will be a double LP. Check out both above/below.
Ultraviolence is out 13 June via Polydor and Interscope Records. The Urban Outfitters edition is confirmed for US stores at that time, but a UK release has yet to be confirmed.
